Junior Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing key metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive insights and business decisions in order to improve performance and reduce costs;
- Partner with leadership and collaborate with software engineers to implement data architecture and design, in order to support complex analysis;
- Conduct complex analysis and proactively identify key business insights to assist departmental decision making;
- Support the build-out of our rapidly growing group;
- Provide Project management in support of key business initiatives;
- Learn the Medpace application landscape, system interdependencies, and impact on daily activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or related degree
- 0-3 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics; Power BI and advanced SQL preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
