Front-end UI/UX Developer

Job description

A UI, UX, and front-end web developer is responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience.

Main Responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer is creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups. Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.

Skills and preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design or related field preferred

Deep understanding of UI application, framework development, and UI/UX principles

Meticulous attention to visual detail and a natural eye for design

Hands on experience and strong skills of HTML5, XHTML, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX and jQuery

Experience using Webkit, Angular.js, or other web-based programming languages

Translate complex product requirements into easy and intuitive user flows

Make JavaScript Integration with RESTful services and 3rd Party APIs

Produce engineering-ready designs complete with all necessary assets and documentation

Work directly with customers to test design ideas and solutions to validate decisions and uncover areas of improvement

Develop sketches, detailed wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes to effectively communicate and validate interactions, usability and design ideas

Work on SDLC (system development lifecycle) starting from gathering requirements to independently design, build and deploy Requirements

Implement, build scripts and deploy applications on web containers like TOMCAT, IBM WebSphere

Integrate JavaScript Integration with RESTful services and 3rd Party APIs
